What is the fastest way to get an answer?
The chat bubble on this site. For anything about an order, include the order number and the email you used at checkout.
Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation carries the tracking number. You can also enter it on the Track Order page.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, on orders over $150. Pair the rebounder with a set of balls and you are over the line. The rate shows at checkout before you pay, and duties on arrival are the buyer's responsibility.
