Took a bit to get together as th images are not super big and detailed in the instructions. But look close enoigh and you should be able to put it together quite easily. Make aure you look ery closely at the details in the instruction photos so that you dont put any pieces in upside down or backwards. It will save you some headache and time later. Otherwise, it is working amazing and we love it so far!

What heights does the box give?
Three. Turn the box to land on 20, 24 or 30 inches. The block measures 20 by 24 by 30 inches and weighs 16 lb, so one player can flip and carry it.
Is foam safe for a young athlete?
That is why it is foam. High-density foam with an anti-slip top means a missed jump meets a soft edge instead of a wooden one, so shins stay intact and players commit to the jump.
How does a plyo box help volleyball?
Approach jumps, block jumps and landings all come from the same leg drive. Box jumps and step-ups train that drive and the landing mechanics against a fixed height, and they slot straight into the jump block of the Vortex Vertical and Speed System.
